Lifelong Las Vegas resident and 20+ year practicing attorney Cristina Hinds is pleased to announce that Hinds Injury Law Las Vegas is actively seeking personal injury referrals for car accidents and slips and falls from other attorneys in exchange for a fee splitting arrangement under the Rules of Professional Conduct section 1.5(e).
The Rules allow fee splitting/referral fees to be paid to other attorneys if:
- The client agrees to the arrangement, including the share each attorney will receive;
- The agreement is confirmed in writing; and
- The total fee is reasonable.
